UCI Cat1 XCO race
Welcome to Gothenburg MTB Race organized within the local and national regulations regarding Covid-19. This means certain mesurements are taken to prevent further spread and secure the races. For travel restrictions we urge you to check with your local homeland restrictions. There will be important information and updates that you as a participant or team will need to follow. We will post them as soon as we know more.

The registration is done here throught Sportstiming, you will need your UCI-id and personal information to proceed. If you own a valid transponder for timekeeping (MyLaps ProChip FLEX or ProChip Classic) the transponder number is needed as well.

Race HQ
The race headquarter will be located in Skatås recreational area, which is situated only 5 km form the city center. The arena has been used for several years for mountainbike races. The 2020 and 2021 Swedish championships in XCC, XCT and XCO were hosted at this arena.

Electronic timing with transponders will be used for all riders. For riders without own valid transponder, transponder is available from the organisation. Valid transponders are MyLaps ProChip FLEX and ProChip Classic.

Shall be done latest Sunday the 15th of May Then double registration fee, latest possible registration is Thursday the 18th of May. If the registration is received no later than Tuesday 16.00 before the competition day, the cyclist is included in the seeding (takes place on Tuesday after the UCI's ranking update).
Registration fee 500 SEK (50 EUR) for elite and juniors. All registration is done here via Sportstiming

The race course is 4 km long with an elevation of about 120m per lap. It consists of technical single track with many rocks and roots, slick rocks and some man maid jumps and burms. Since the coarse is designed in one bigger and two smaller loops the spectators get a good overview over the competitions. It is possible to access most of the places around the track with some favorite spots, like the “SM-droppet”, “dowhillbanan” and the spectacular “rotbacken”.
