Competition Rules
Competitors and leaders are expected to have read and understood the SCF competition regulations for XCO/XCC and follow the rules throughout the event and during competition and training. The competition follows SCF's competition rules parts 1, 4, and 12.

We hope and wish that everyone present contributes to fun and fair competitions. 

Team Manager Meeting
The UCI Team Manager Meeting will be held on Friday, September 13, at 18:00 for both competition days' UCI classes, elite, and junior classes. The meeting will be held digitally.

For UCI classes, seeding is primarily based on UCI points and secondarily on Swe Cup.

Registration

Registration is done here via Sportstiming. Separate registrations per competition day for XCO and XCC. Final registration is on September 8, after which double registration fee applies until September 12 at 23:59. Late registration is possible on-site at the secretariat up to 1 hour before, at double the regular registration fee (This does not apply to UCI classes). 

NOTE: Registration after Tuesday 10/9 at 16.00 is not included in seeding.

The first time you log in to register on Sportstiming, you as a participant/guardian need to create an account with complete information. Before you start registering, take out your UCI code and chip number (also make sure the transponder is activated). 
If you don't have a chip, indicate that you need a rental chip (the organizer prefers participants to arrange their own chips from SCF to the greatest extent possible to reduce administration during the competition days). Information about chips at SCF. 

The competition is documented with video and photos both during training and competition. Live streaming may also occur. By registering for the competition, you have approved your participation in pictures and videos, including your leaders, team, and parents, unless you simultaneously notify otherwise in writing. The material will primarily be used through the organizer's channels for marketing purposes and as a memory for the participants, and to some extent also SCF.

When registering and participating in the competition, personal data such as results, start lists, videos, and photos are handled. Hallby SOK is responsible for their management.

License

License and club affiliation are mandatory in all competition classes (this does not apply to beginner classes).

The one-time license must be presented at the secretariat when collecting the number plate. One-time licenses are only possible for sport and youth classes.

XCO (Saturday) – National competition, SweCup, and UCI Cat2 for elite/junior.
9-10 150 SEK, 11-12 150 SEK, 13-14 300 SEK, 15-16 300 SEK, Junior 350 SEK, Master 350 SEK, Elite 500 SEK

XCC (Sunday) - National competition, SweCup, and UCI Cat 3 for elite.

Competition Program

Preliminary program. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program. Start loop of approximately 650 meters is included in the indicated total distance. Beginners have a separate course.

Seeding and Results

Seeding

Current information about seeding at SWE-cup can be found on SCF's website.

Seeding according to Swe-cup for youth and master classes. Seeding for UCI Cat 2 for elite and junior primarily by UCI points, then Swe-cup. The same applies to Sunday's XCC for elite.

The chief commissaire can change the seeding.

NOTE: Registration received after Tuesday 10/9 at 16.00 is not included in seeding.

Results

Results are published continuously during the competition. The link to the results can be found on the event page at Sportstiming.

Number Plates and Chips

All participants must have number plates and chips for results to be recorded. UCI classes use two plates: one front plate and one attached to the seat post.

It is preferred that participants have their own chips. If you need to rent a chip, indicate this when registering (to reduce the administration on the competition day, we urge participants to arrange their own chips as much as possible). Read more about SCF chips.

The front plate is mounted on the bike's handlebars so the number is clearly visible from the front. The chip is mounted on the front fork. The number plate must remain on the bike throughout the competition.

Technical Zone and Feeding

The technical zone is located at the finish area. This is the only place where you are allowed to receive assistance during the race.

Feeding is done in the designated feeding zones along the course. Please note that only helpers with the appropriate identification are allowed in these zones.

Courses and Trial Runs

Trial Runs

Participants are encouraged to test the courses during the designated trial run times. Please follow the schedule to ensure safety and avoid congestion.

Courses

The courses are designed to provide a challenging yet enjoyable experience for all participants. The XCO course features technical sections, power climbs, and flowy downhills, while the XCC course offers a tight, fast-paced circuit.

Information about accommodations in Jönköping can be found on the official event website. We recommend booking early as rooms fill up quickly during the event weekend.
